Re: “Live: Five things learned watching Bucky Covington

I would just like to add one more thing and that is that Bucky is a great showman and I wonder if you saw the same show that I did. Bucky would say things like "How you doing North Carolina?" and then he would vary it a little bit like saying "You doing okay Carolina?". He did this because he really cares if his audience is enjoying themself at his show which is far from what I can say about other performers in this area like Chris Daughtry. But I also think Bucky would do things like say "How you doing North Carolina?" because a great deal of the people in audience were older or maybe under the infuence or something and I think he thought it would be a good idea to keep on reminding them where they are at. So just because he was trying to help out people in the audience, doesn't give you any right to be all disrespectful in that regard. Go Bucky!

Re: “Live: Five things learned watching Bucky Covington

Well someone's Mister Gloomy Gus over our state's hero Bucky! I have not scene Bucky live but I can tell you quite a couple things. I can also tell you that I agree with KayJudyLang and Kgator and that I don't think it's right to disrespect someone who has a dream and chooses to follow it. Bucky had a dream and he followed it and now look at him. Look at him! Look! Glen Benton had a dream too and he followed it and look what happened. I'm sure he had his detractors too. Maybe the NC State Fair can get Glen next year. Glen and Bucky together!! Two guys that had a dream and it came true! That'll show you Mister guy with a typewriter!! I agree with BeverlyCEE that you must be jealous of Bucky's hair and possibly his energy. I haven't decided yet. But okay and I don't see why your so bent out-of-shape about him saying "How you doing, North Carolina?" over and over. Would you rather he say "How you doing Mississippi?" and then say "It doesn't matter to me how you feel Portland" and then go "How's it going Georgia?". That just doesn't make any sense to me. Put your shoes in his for once in awhile and think about it. But now I agree with most of what everyone wrote hear and I think if you don't have anything good to say you shouldn't say it at all and this is Bucky's dream and he's achieving it but I think we all can agree on the moustache. It has to go. Unless it was a dream of Bucky's once to grow a moustache and he is now realizing that dream by growing one, then that's okay he can grow it. I think they should change it from Rockingham to Buckyngham and then his home can be Buckyngham Palace that how much I think of him. Way to go Bucky! Just don't get me started on that moron Chris Doughtry...
