Joel Duvall is a slumlord. never salted the sidewalks when it snowed. let cracks and holes in sidewalks there go without even trying to repair them. many a injury was responded to with "Not my responsibility" even though the injury was often a preventable event if he'd just bothered with basic upkeep. So glad I got the hell out of there though too late for my own knee. Her didn't fix a lawn border or bannister that needed it, The banister shifted throwing me down 3 stairs into a protruding railroad tie he was supposed to fix. My knee never recovered right.
