Its evident that laying blame on elected officials is trite and unproductive, but I think the major issue here is that by and large, we the people are content to capping our voice to merely table side rhetoric and attack on strangers on internet forums. We seem quite satisfied to sit and complain about every issue we are handed to distract us rom the real problem - the usurption of our civil liberties by ALL SIDES. We have a very real and sobering obligation to fight for restructuring of government ending the distant and unseeing voices that we allow to pretend to represent us. If we do not fight for our liberties, and exercise them we will wake up very soon with hardly a memory of what they were.
