Re: “N.C. Grassroots Impeachment Movement

The Bush administration should be impeached, there is no question. They should be literally dragged out into the streets of Washington and stoned. But to make this a republican/democrat issue is futile; they are two sides of the same coin. Another way to look at it is to imagine Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Wolfowitz, etc. as branches on an evil tree. You can keep hacking away at the branches, but it will never kill the tree, you must get at the roots or you will be fighting an uphill battle that is impossible to win. The people in our government are puppets of the bigger problem which is the Federal Reserve consisting of the richest people in the world lending money to our government at interest so we NEVER get out of debt and, at the same time, using the military-industrial complex to spread instability around the world and creating an environment of hate and rage thus leading to absurdities like the Patriot Act and Presidential Directive 51. Weve got to stop making this a red/blue issue and realize that it is the people vs. the government. The bigger powers laugh at us as we watch the debates on TV between the reds and blues, hoping that we never get it. This country was founded as a REPUBLIC, not a democracy, thereby ensuring personal inalienable rights to every citizen. Until we let go of the my team is better than yours mentality, we will continue to be increasingly enslaved by our third-world repressive government. Please go to zeitgeistmovie.com and watch. It explains the whole mental hijacking better than I can.
