Re: “An introduction to the Triangle's coffee and tea scenes

How does a coffee joint that has been around for a decade and was voted "Best in the Triangle" not get mentioned in this article? Bean Traders off of NC-54 in Durham has great locally rooasted coffee. If you are lucky, you can see Dave roasting their beans and smell those beens being prepared.
As for great, there is nothing better than Tin Roof Teas, located in Cameron Village, Raleigh. Nothing comes close! Their chai tea is to die for. My wife has been to India twice and thinks Tin Roof' Teas' chai tea is as close as it gets to the real thing. Every tea we have had tastes great.
