Re: “A Duke senior sues the university after being expelled over allegations of sexual misconduct

Catherine: "FYI for those who don't realize what a feminist actually is or mistakenly assume only women are feminists. According to the actual definition, it stands to reason if you're not a feminist, you might just be a gender-bigot. There is no gray area. Either you believe in equality for all or you don't."

Oh, do tell. I'm all ears here: How does "equality for all" go hand in hand with affirmative actions, mothers receiving custody in 90% of divorces, overwhelmingly maternal parental alienantion because of it, courts presuming guilt based on gender alone for males, 90% of workplace deaths for males, 99% of war related deaths for males, Nowhere near the same amount of healthcare for males as for females, (despite the fact that males actually pay the lion's share of income taxes in any nation on the planet), male victims of female rape being forced to pay their rapists childsupport, women receiving 40% lesser sentences overall for the exact same crime a man commits, a slap on the wrist for false rape accusations, i.e. false testimony, a huge amount of shelters for women but not for men, men being victims of DV calling the police only to be arrested themselves on the female perpetrator's say so, VAWA laws for women but not for men, NOW actively lobbying against shared custody, and all these "wonderful" examples of "equality for all" has been implemented under feminist governance under the pretence of "equality"????
If that's your understanding of "equality for all" I'd acually prefer being a "gender-bigot", and so would you, cupcake, if only our roles were reversed.
And now you can kindly take your dictionary and stuff it, or actually start living up to what it defines feminism as being. Whatever "feels" more convenient to you.

Catherine: "It would make a world of difference on campuses if guys could be kicked out of school without their degree for sexual misconduct after a hearing."

It would make even more sense to prohibit the sale of alcohol to young women, or make it illegal for them to drink at all. Judging from the amount of false rape accusations, and the trail of destruction they leave in their wake as a consequence of them doing so, seems to imply they're not really mature enough to consume alcohol.

I see this phenomena as a natural consequence of the feminist brainwashing these girls are going through in Women's Studies 101, where they're made to believe a woman can do anything a man can do. However, very very few women are able to consume the amount of liqeuor the average man is capable of, and it might be in womens own best interest if they stopped competing with men in this particular area, because they have no chance of winning. They're more likely to end up passed out in the gutter, or make irrational decisions that inevitably falls back on men, because society as a whole refuses to hold women responsible or accountable for their actions, choices and decisions, contrary to what is demanded of men.
