Re: “For its second album, Annuals found coming back home best

I first read this article when I was waiting for my coffee at Bean Traders, on the way to Osceola Studios in Raleigh. You may have heard of that studio. It's one of two studios the Annuals recorded their album at. In my opinion, it's disrespectful to write an article about "local talent" when there are local individuals who did real work on their album. Give a little credit and learn how to write an article. Maybe the respective writer thinks he's a writer because he has a word processor, but I don't think owning a couple mics and a copy of Pro Tools LE is what being an recording engineer is all about. I'm not writing on behalf of the studio, I'm writing because the article was a little bit more fantasy than real. The Annuals new album is great and the band deserves credit for writing those songs. Go Annuals!
