Re: “Conceal-carry permit holders can now bring guns into restaurants and bars. What could go wrong?

I live in Wisconsin and you can conceal carry firearms into bars, HOWEVER it is illegal to posses any FIREARM while under the influence of a detectable amount of alcohol or intoxicating substance. This applies to any firearm user, permit to carry or not. Violating this is a crime that can get you a Class A misdemeanor with a 9 month jail sentence &/or $10,000 fine. You can legally carry non-firearm dangerous weapons while under the influence (reason why I bold faced firearms). I don't understand why states that allow people to conceal carry into alcohol establishments don't have something like this in place. Also not everyone that goes to a bar, tavern or restaurant is their to get drunk; armed or not.
