Re: “A judge says people are acting like "idiots" and a melee erupts in Durham family court

Interesting how so many people want to take the woman's side. Apparently none of you have been in a position where the perfect sequence of lies could make all the difference in court. I understand that SHE said he cheated on her and abused her but where/when did she show the evidence to back this claim? Any photos of bruises or copied nude photos? Also, if that is the way she reacts in a court setting with a judge, doesn't this make you wonder even a little bit how she would act when her child gets out of line? Or what if (and this is pure speculation) she was abusive to the husband? He claimed she attacked him which led to the headlock (a preffered method rather than punching a woman) and he also claims to want to see the child she's been refraining him from. Just maybe people should put more thought into this rather than condemn the judge. If he said, "Go to jail." You don't get to pass go and collect $200. You say, "Yes sir" or get forcefully obtained by the police. End of story! Next time an officer tries to pull you over, try to just drive home instead and see how well that works out for you if you don't agree with me.
