Great article! My father called me earlier today saying that he was getting rid of his storage unit in DC. Found a ton of my baseball cards from that era. Me too, an 80's baby. That was my life collecting cards back then. I'm also in the 10-20,000 club. They used to have stores in the malls everywhere and on the Marine bases. Now they're hard to find. I've got SO many rookie cars and have kept them mint condition. In fact, I thought all of my cards were at my mother's house in MI., which I just recently went to check on. I'll most likely hold on to them for sentimental reason. I'm sure if they were worth much, we'd all think about cashing in at some point.
