Jon Lindsay, Amigo, Eston Dickinson, Jack The Radio

When: Fri., Oct. 23, 9 p.m. 2015
Price: $8-$10
Raleigh’s Jon Lindsay interrupts his October residency at Common 414, which moves to Saturday this week, to headline this bill of North Carolina talent. Expect Lindsay to preview the synth-aided power pop sprees of Cities & Schools, one of two vastly different LPs the former Charlotte resident plans to release in 2016. Don’t be surprised if he sits in with Queen City chums Amigo, who merge honky-tonk toughness with doo-wop sweetness and Southwestern flair. Locals Eston & the Outs and Jack The Radio add hooky ’60s garage soul and swampy arena anthems, respectively. —Spencer Griffith
