If any musician could claim a trademark on that gesture, for all things relating to live performances by a musical artist, itd be Terry Geezer Butler (of Black Sabbath), who first used it in 1971, a few years before Ronnie James Dio really started popularizing it.

Trump deleted his tweet? I thought that was illegal (not that its stopped him), since his tweets are now official Presidential records, and thus become owned & controlled by the the U.S. National Archives.

That General Assembly Special Session could be where McCrory might be planning on packing the N.C. Supreme Court with two extra seats, shifting it from 4/3 pro-Democrat (which would help soon-to-be Gov. Roy Cooper slightly to counterbalance the Republican supermajority in both the NC House of Representatives and the NC Senate) to 5/4 pro-Republican.
