Re: “Brad Miller

Miller says, "We should push for a negotiated resolution between Israelis and Palestinians," but he voted for yet another one-sided pro-Israel resolution, H. Res. 951, which places all the blame on the Palestinian victims of Israel's ethnic cleansing operation. Miller even signed this heinous bill as a co-sponsor. I once showed Miller a picture I took of an old Palestinian man, his three sons and their families sitting among the rubble of their homes, which had been bulldozed by the Israeli government. Miller knows the source of the conflict is Israel's theft of Palestinian land and destruction of their homes, yet he is willing to cooperate in the big lie, which blames the victims. He would rather be reelected than do the right thing.

Re: “David Price

Price mentions an interest in promoting peace between Israel and Palestine; yet, he voted for H. Res. 951, which places all blame on the Palestinians. Israel killed 60 Palestinian children in 2007 -- many of whom were shot in the back while running in terror from Israeli soldiers -- while the Palestinians killed no children (see, but the resolution declares that casualties caused by Israel are the "result of defensive military operations aimed at military targets." The Israelis have turned Gaza into a prison, preventing the entry of food, water and energy supplies, but the resolution declares that the rockets fired from Gaza are "unprovoked." Price knows better, but he is afraid of the Israel lobby in the U.S. Price has visited Hope Flowers School, in Palestinian territory, near Bethlehem, which has a demolition order on it from the Israeli government. I visited the school in 2005 and watched Israeli soldiers bulldoze three Palestinian homes within sight of the school. The only Congressman willing to vote against the Israel lobby on H. Res. 951 was Ron Paul. I'm voting against anyone who is willing to put a foreign government's interests before that of the United States.
