Re: “Price nixes impeachment

Please consider the fact that 'there weren't enough Democrats in the Senate in '74 to Impeach Nixon. This is not a partisan conflictit is a constitutional crisis. When the House started the impeachment investigations against Nixon and then turned the findings over to the Senate, several Republican Senators, upon having seen the evidence presented by the House, went to President Nixon and told him that either: they were going to have to side with a criminal; they would have to take part in his impeachment; or he could resign. HE RESIGNED shortly thereafter. The stage is very similar today; but the crimes are infinitely more egregious and the stakes are higher. Impeachment of Bush & Cheney will start the healing of our ailing country and give us something to unite behind. The divisive rants of the delusional duo at 1600 should become a thing of the past. Impeachment starts the restoration of World respect for the US; that inspires multinational help for us in Iraq; and that facilitates our responsible withdrawalIMPEACH! IMPEACH! IMPEACH!
