@mogafoor Who puts the grit in the "unique-diverse-gritty city" ? So often I wonder if we even know what we mean when we say "durham grit."

"Do we need to remain entrenched in poverty?" No, but the working poor need a place to live. The solution to poverty isn't forcing the poor out. They contribute to Durham and they should be embraced.
