OBIE Award winner Caridad Svich's play hurls one of Greek tragedy’s most compelling sagas into a sleek netherworld of sex, drugs & trance music. Through video, music & projected images, The Delta Boys Theater Company performs the mediated culture of simulacra of global capitalism & violence, where the body, especially the female body, is objectified to the point that boundaries between the “real” & the mediated are blurred.
