A shared vision of the software product being developed is important for Agile teams to “build the thing right,” and more importantly, to “build the right thing.” Implementing an Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) practice is an effective and efficient way to confirm when a user story is done and working as intended, not only from conception but also through delivery.
