Re: “A legal maneuver could absolve Duke Energy of its responsibility for coal ash dumps

I don't understand why the coal ash can't be compressed into a brick or something instead of just disposing as is. It would be way more containable as a solid. Maybe it could even become a building material of some sort. We have enough science under our belts to convert this into something that is safe and usable.
