Re: “A Bill to Regulate the Practice of Hunting Deer with Dogs Stalls, But the Contentious Debate Continues

It is time to stop the dogs from crossing small pieces of property. If hunters have hundreds of continuous acres, then by all means use that land and stay off smaller acreage. We take care of our small amount of land. We have paid to have paths cuts through it to keep it dried out and the timber growing. We like to still hunt, but when everyone's dogs are running through the woods stirring up the game, we are the ones being punished. I say just totally stop hunting with dogs. These hunters are simply too lazy to hunt like a real hunter. They like getting together and BSing it better than they like the actual hunting. I will guarantee you that 80% of the now dog hunters will no longer be hunters if they have to hunt without a dog or dogs. I'm telling you, they are lazy and are much more interested in the party!
