Re: “In U.S. House District 4, the INDY Endorses David Price

Being an old white man doesnt disqualify a great rep like Price from serving. Hes been a terrific Congressman for our district, and I look forward to him really making progress on gun safety with the wind at his back this time.

The Indy is right, he is indeed a good fit with district 4. We do need some new people in Washington, no doubt, but that is no reason to dump the good ones, there are *many many* others that cry out for replacements, Price is not one of them.

In 2020, who knows what the landscape will look like, but for 2018, we need Price where he is,

Re: “Wake Commissioners Want Raleigh to Reconsider Granny Flats

As long as the accessory units are tightly regulated, I definitely think these have a place in *some* neighborhoods.

I know in ours, we have awful parking woes, even without adding more cars...

Re: “The INDY Endorses Russ Stephenson and Nicole Stewart for the Raleigh City Council At-Large Seat

@wade harris
You have absolutely no idea of Mr. Stephenson's service to Raleigh neighborhoods, instead you choose to denigrate him and his profession. Do you have any critiques of substance to share?

Stephenson uses his skills and experience as an architect in his work as a tireless advocate for Raleigh neighborhoods, quite the opposite of what you imply. Speak to those citizens who have actually worked with him over the years, instead of copy/pasting a business listing.

Re: “Just Because the President Is a Scientific Illiterate Doesn’t Mean Climate Change Isn’t Real

John, please explain exactly why you call the infographics in this article "fake."

In using such strong language, we assume you have some equally strong facts to back up such a claim. Are they all "fake?" Just one or two?

Please show us what you mean by "fake."

Re: “The Morning Roundup: Please Stop It, Governor McCrory

Hey, HB2 is big in international news too! I cringe as I hear the dulcet tones of a BBC newsreader describe the idiocy on Jones Street one more time. Bad timing for encouraging international travel to NC...

Re: “Updated: McCrory Spokesman Confirms Taxpayers Footed the Bill for Governor's Media Appearances, Because They Were "Official Business"

Typical right-winger: supposedly fiscally "conservative" until its something their "religion" dictates. Then it's Katie bar the door...

We need a site that keeps a running total on everything extra the state of NC has wasted money on with regards to all the social regressive shite the GA and #OneTermPat has rammed through since 2010.

And HB2 even had its own $40,000 special session!

JOBS my a$$... it's so obvious jobs mean nothing to them.
