Thomas Donilon, former national security adviser to President Barack Obama, & Barton Gellman, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist who obtained information from Edward Snowden for Washington Post stories on government surveillance, will discuss "Foreign Policy & National Security" with Hodding Carter, UNC professor of public policy & leadership, who served as State department spokesperson during the 1979 hostage crisis in Iran. UNC Campus: Genome Sciences Building, G-100 auditorium, Chapel Hill.
