Chef Ricky Moore of Saltbox Seafood Joint and Chef John Eisensmith of Six Plates Wine Bar team up to present a four-course dinner paired with Foggy Ridge Cider from Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. Chef Moore is a CIA graduate who has competed on Iron Chef America, cooked on Oprah and worked for highly acclaimed restaurants across the globe, including the two-star Michelin-rated Apicius in Paris.
