Re: “Fact-checking the fracking jobs claims

To continue on this train of thought, if we've gone from an estimated 40 year supply to 5-6 years, with only 20% of that being recoverable, wouldn't that in turn shrink the drilling period (and number of jobs)?

Re: “We have no fracking gas

Thank you, thank you, thank you (I can't say it enough) Mr. Ball, Ms. Sorg, and the Indy for continuing to report on this issue in a rationale manner. I live in the Sanford Sub-Basin in the exact area where drilling would occur. Every step taken toward legalization feels like the tightening of a noose around my neck and my family's dreams. Our home is beautiful as it is. I don't need to suck every last "resource" out of it to reap the full "benefit", which as you've reported, continues to shrink. And I am appalled that this bill is moving forward with the forced pooling law intact, which takes away my right to say no to drilling on my land. So please don't stop your reporting and we at "ground zero" who are opposed to fracking will continue to fight.
