Hey Victoria, thanks so much for the thoughtful, engaging article referencing Atlantic Coast seafood.
Fishmonger's Restaurant & Oyster Bar has been serving the Triangle since 1983. Owner Gary Bass has been picky about the products he serves from the first day he opened the doors.
He suspended fresh oyster sales in May due to his concern about repopulating Gulf oysters in the wake of the oil disaster and following notification from his long-time suppliers of suspensions of their business activities.
Fishmonger's is proud of their locally-sourced seafood and their decade's-long relationships with fisherman who ply their trade along the Carolinas' coasts.
