Re: “DeYarmond Edison, Bon Iver, Megafaun and one twisted story

I'm really late on this wonderful article. DeYarmond Edison is fabulous. I was lucky enough to see their final concert in Eau Claire before they moved to NC thanks to Phil Cook, who was a former Upward Bound Adviser for the Eau Claire branch. It was unfortunate that our group had to leave before the concert was over, but from what we did see, it was the best music I've ever heard live. It was so dynamic and so crazy just thinking about the hours that they put into their songs. I have confidence in them. It's unfortunate that the four split but it's great that they're still pursuing musical paths. These guys are crazy awesome. They're cool, intelligent guys who know music better than I know my ABC's. I've always wondered how they've been doing these past years. I'm glad that they've gotten signed. Best of luck to them.
