Evil Wiener | The Cave Tavern | Clubs & Concerts | Indy Week
This is a past event.
When: Thu., Dec. 20, 10 p.m. 2012

As we bid farewell to one local institution (longtime Triangle musician Greg Humphreys, who's moving to New York); we're thankful for those that remain: The first Evil Wiener holiday shindig under The Cave's new management should still offer the sweet whimsy and subtle wit we expect from the titular malevolent sausage, Billy Sugarfix, known not only for his nerdy paeans but also for a "custom songwriting" side-business he's had for years. He's sporting a new five-track EP of chamber-pop goofs and gifts, including a baroque-pop narrative about a hookup along the lines of The Graduate. The show starts at 10 p.m. —Chris Parker
