Re: “Long Shots: Why Gary Johnson Isn’t Worthy of Millennials’ Protest Votes

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results Albert Einstein.

Since WHEN did it become okay for the LEADER of the FREE world to ELECT someone who is under FBI investigation for criminal activity, accusations of sexual abuse, possible mental/physical health issues, pay for play corruption, or someone whose rhetoric equates childish behavior?

Has America lost its way? America USED to be looked up to by the rest of the world. This year it has turned into the laughing stock of world elections! America are YOU tired of it yet? Have YOU had ENOUGH? There IS ONE CANDIDATE that is on the ballot in ALL 50 STATES that is free from ANY SCANDAL. Better yet, a candidate that has a PROVEN record of leadership that you can be PROUD of, instead of embarrassed by.

Gary Johnson started a one man business that he grew into one of the largest in New Mexico, eventually employing over one thousand people. As governor in New Mexico, he quickly became a Governor of the people by establishing his Open Door After 4 policy where on the 3rd Thursday of the month, he would meet with anyone in 5 minute increments until 10pm. After his two very successful terms, he left the state with new roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, and a BILLION dollar surplus - all without raising taxes one single cent. As a matter of fact, he actually CUT TAXES 14 times! It should be noted that he was re-elected in a landslide as a Republican Governor in a HEAVILY Democratic state. To this day he is still so revered that he is favored to win New Mexico.

His running mate Bill Weld, a former federal prosecutor for seven years that won convictions in 110 out of 111 public corruption cases also quickly became known as a Governor of the people. As Governor, he led 16 trade missions to Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America, cut taxes 21 times, and managed to drop the unemployment rate in Massachusetts from the highest among the 11 industrialized states to the lowest. He was re-elected in 1994 with a record breaking 71% of the vote, a record that still stands today.

A wasted vote is voting for someone that you DON'T believe in, or simply not voting at all. This election YOU have the opportunity to make HISTORY. Don't let FEAR or manipulation choose who YOU vote FOR. This election, dont REWARD someone with YOUR vote who has not EARNED it.

This election you are NOT STUCK with having to choose the lesser of two evils. This election YOU CAN choose NO EVIL on your ballot. This election, instead of voting AGAINST someone you despise or find repulsive, vote FOR someone you can be PROUD of.

Your vote should be about what's BEST for, and who REPRESENTS you, your ideals, and your interests BEST. America, you HAVE a BETTER choice! Dont WASTE the opportunity that has been given YOU and let YOUR VOICE BE HEARD. You CAN make a difference.

Proven Leadership, A Problem Solver, Painfully Honesty, and Full of Integrity. A president you can be proud of. This election, I am PROUDLY voting for Gary Johnson and Bill Weld.

Re: “Long Shots: Why Gary Johnson Isn’t Worthy of Millennials’ Protest Votes

Something to think about. Parents spend a lifetime educating between right and wrong, and instilling moral values in their children. When children misbehave or do the wrong thing, parents correct and sometimes punish their children. They certainly don't REWARD them for their bad behavior. This misbehavior is not condoned by parents, it's certainly not expected in adults, but yet in 2016 it is tolerated by some in presidential candidates.

If you don't condone it, then why in the world would you vote FOR it? You are sending a CLEAR message that you REWARD criminality, corruption, deception, lies, and vulgarity. Is that what you represent? Is that the kind of leader you want REPRESENTING YOU, your FAMILY, or your COUNTRY? Look in the mirror and ask yourself if this is the kind of example you want to set for your children. The world is watching.

Is this really the BEST that WE as a country can do? Is this really the BEST WE can offer our children's future? Or have we, based on polls and media manipulation, simply turned the presidency into nothing more than a horse race by simply trying to pick who we think will win? If that is the case, stop and think of what it is you are actually "winning". More wars, bigger government, higher taxes, larger debt, or simply put, more of the same.

Imagine instead of being stuck with having to choose for the lesser of two evils, of actually having the option of choosing NO EVIL instead. Don't let FEAR or manipulation choose who you vote for. This election, instead of voting AGAINST someone you despise or find repulsive, vote FOR someone you can be proud of. A wasted vote is voting for someone that you DON'T believe in, or simply not voting at all. Your vote should be about what's best for, and who represents you, your ideals, and your interests best.

Gary Johnson served as governor in New Mexico, which at the time, was in a state of fiscal ruin and decay. After his two very successful terms, he left the state with new roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, and a BILLION dollar surplus - all without raising taxes one single cent. As a matter of fact, he actually CUT TAXES 14 times! He was a Republican in a heavily Democratic state, who was re-elected in a landslide.

Proven Leadership, A Problem Solver, Painfully Honesty, and Full of Integrity. A president you can be proud of. This election, I am PROUDLY voting for Gary Johnson.
