Dover Quartet

When: Sat., Sept. 24, 8 p.m. 2016
Price: $10-$38
The young Dover Quartet dives headfirst into two opposite pillars of the classical canon: Mozart’s endlessly lyrical Quartet K.589 and Beethoven’s gnarled Grosse Fuge (played alongside the opus 130 quartet to which it was originally attached). In between, David Ludwig’s recent Pale Blue Dot theatrically explores the outer space travels of Voyager I. —Dan Ruccia
