Diana Krall

When: Fri., April 24, 8 p.m. 2015
Price: $55.52-$162.27
You’d be hard-pressed to name a more popular contemporary jazz act than pianist and singer Diana Krall. She knows what sells, too. Her latest album, Wallflower, features breathy, slowed-down covers of classic rock songs such as The Mamas and the Papas’ “California Dreaming,” 10cc’s “I’m Not In Love” and the Eagles’ “Desperado.” Despite Krall’s impressive collection of Grammys, this phoned-in effort is so cheesy and bland that it should come poured over nachos. —Chris Vitiello
