Dialtones Afterparty

When: Fri., Nov. 4, 9 p.m. 2016
Price: $5-$8
Moogfest did most everything right for its Durham debut earlier this year, but it slipped up by not including Raleigh’s chief bass rocker, Oak City Slums, in its lineup. To redeem itself, Moogfest has partnered up with him for one of its Dial Tone synth workshops at N.C. State’s Hunt Library during the evening and relied on him to curate a powerful party at Kings later that night with peers such as GRRL, Ace Henderson, Drozy, Professor Toon, and Treee City. —Eric Tullis
