Deep Sleeper, Dead Girls, Weird Pennies

When: Mon., April 20, 9 p.m. 2015
Price: $5
At last year’s Hopscotch, Raleigh’s Deep Sleeper played an opening-night set at CAM Raleigh. It was a fitting pairing: Led by Tim Lemuel, a projectionist formerly of Left Outlet, the band marries cerebral electronic pop with stirring, ornate projections and dancers. Lemuel’s gauzy, synthy songs bubble and curl like melting film. —Patrick Wall
