He should indeed do the honorable thing and resign. But he is apparently NOT honorable enough even to follow through with a donation made to a non-profit organization, instead charging and overcharging for what has been described as very shoddy work. He claims in his suit that the pool board knew or should have known that not everyone would be able to see the pool from the "spectator seating area". Hmmm. Now for some reason, all the Norwalk signs are gone on Holly Springs Rd., leaving only the Gardner signs. I wonder if the disappearance of the Norwalk campaign signs is just more evidence of Mr. Gardner's style of work.

At a minimum, we should expect, no - demand, that our elected officials act with some modicum of ethics.
