Brian Friel's 1990 memory play tells of a young boy dealing with his five unmarried aunts in Ireland during a time of impending change and a bitter harvest. The play was adapted into a 1998 film with Meryl Streep; this new production, by the Justice Theater Project, will be performed for three weekends beginning tonight. The June 11 premiere includes preshow music in the lobby with the Irish band Ghosts of Erin from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and a postshow complimentary reception with the cast. The June 25 performance includes a special appearance by the cast and crew after the show at the Hibernian Pub and Restaurant on Glenwood Avenue, while the June 27 performance includes a pre-show discussion by Father David McBriar, O.F.M. at 1:30 p.m. —Zack Smith
