Re: “Alliance Behavioral Healthcare has imposed sanctions on Family Legacy Mental Health

Lisa Stacey is a very self absorb person. She intentionally hired people, billed and did not pay people. Lisa cannot use God for everything she has done is not of God. According to Alliance response, she is doing fraudulent billing. She has had three years to correct this problem and she chose to let consumers and employees suffer. Her debt is a million plus but she billed three million and still did not pay people. She a criminal, con artist and a crook. She is not a victim. The US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE need to get involve. This is bigger than ALLIANCE.
