Cook for Good Challenge

When: Sat., July 16, 8 a.m.-12 p.m. 2011
Raleigh chef Linda Watson, author of Wildly Affordable Organic, discusses her Cook For Good Challenge, including recipes & cooking tips. Those who take the challenge do the 20-minute-a-day plan, cooking about 2/3 of their food from scratch. The following week, participants cook all of their meals using this method & donate to charity the savings between the plans & traditional meal choices.
