I am glad you put that sentence in this article " it remains to be seen how rents affect who can afford these premium spaces." I am so disappointed that most of the people who are working on these construction sites and others can't afford to live downtown Durham. These owners/developers should contibute or at the very least commit to at least a small percentage of these properties being listed at affordable rates for the blue collar workers who built them. Just sayin'
