Nelson and Joyce Johnson, Beloved Community Center – Greensboro, and Diane Standert, Legal Redress Chair of the Durham NAACP, for a discussion of their important work with Civilian Police Review Boards. This town meeting will also address the statewide effort to support legislation introduced by Rep. Rodney Moore, HB 193, which would allow local governments to establish CPRBs with investigative and subpoena powers.
