who is fault for falls lake's pollution is a old issue. What the real problem is that Durham doesn't wanna help pay for the clean up. Durham is always trying to find ways to ruin Raleigh and attract rich white people. Here is some advice Durham "if you forget about the 'hood then the 'hood will forget about you" Don't alienate your residents like Cary did or you'll end up a boring monotone suburb of Raleigh instead of a neighboring city.

Why did they have to include tea-party supported. I totally agree with their goals and am against the school board on this issue, but the NAACP is picking the wrong fight with the tea-party which isn't a racially charged organization.
