skinny bone tree, if you haven't noticed already, all of the album names are contradictory, Building Nothing Out of Something, who says he didn't lose his shit then? The Fruit That Ate Itself, that could mean Modest Mouse ate itself with its own popularity. The Lonesome Crowded West. Just because MM slowed down at that point, doesn't mean he doesn't like the band anymore. So shut the fuck up. We Were Dead was easily the best musically dynamic album of Brock's career. Not my favorite, but still the most dynamic. So I'll agree with everyone that knows good music, don't talk shit, about stuff you don't know about.
