Re: “Why Aqua NC customers are furious about their service

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I get me bill through email which adv me that my bill was due for one payment on 7/13/15. On 7/7/15 they shut off my water. I paid the bill which was three times the amount of the bill that I received through email. On top of all this I NEVER received any kind of a disconnection notice. I paid the bill on a Friday in which I was promised that someone would be here no later than 5 pm to turn the water back on. I get home and still no water so I contacted the so called and useless "Emergency" line. They told me that I would have to wait until Monday before the water would be turned back on. We are humans and good people that do not deserve to be done this way. Something needs to be done about this company. The fact that the customer cant get any kind of answer as to why we were done this way or why there are no repercussions for Aqua is insane. The fact that a family has to go without water because a promise was broken and because apparently there techs do not work on weekends is also insane. There is no excuse at all what so ever as to why me and my family were treated this way by Aqua with out so much as an explanation.
