Bull City Summer

When: May 15-Aug. 31 2014

In 2013, the 25th anniversary of the movie Bull Durham, a group of writers, photographers and filmmakers (including several INDY contributors) under Sam Stephenson's direction converged on the Durham Bulls Athletic Park to artistically document all of the triple-A baseball team's home games. Among other things, they produced an exhibition at the North Carolina Museum of Art, which is still on view through the end of August. The next leg of the project, a photography book published by Daylight Books, launches alongside a new CAM Raleigh exhibit, which also runs through August.—Brian Howe
