Bonded Llama Studios

When: Sun., March 29 2015

BONDED LLAMA—In a very temporary art installation and group show at Bonded Llama, you can walk right into Jonny Gillette's music video for "You Died" by Raleigh metal band Colossus before anyone has even seen it. Bonded Llama artist Sherry di Filippo was the production designer of the video, for which she helped build a papier-mâché cave in the studio's basement. Spelunk it and check out artifacts from the video's stop-motion animation as well as other set pieces. There will also be open studios, rare for Bonded Llama, and the artists there will display their photos, handmade paper, drawings, sculptures, paintings and prints. The featured artists are Raymond Goodman, Ann Marie Kennedy, Derek Toomes, David Eichenberger, Luke Miller Buchanan, Cayce Lee, Sean Kernick, Jennifer Partridge and di Filippo. 2–5 p.m., free, 1505 Capital Blvd., Raleigh, 919-755-1001, —Brian Howe
