Dude, go easy on Atlanta. You guys are fortunate up in NC. You have excellent management and ownership that cares. We inherited a group right before the lockout that fought amongst themselves in court and admitted that they wanted nothing to do with the hockey team. They were in it for the basketball team and the arena. They never invested more than the cap floor in the team and never promoted the growth of hockey in a metro area of almost 6 million. It is not like we don't have about 10 rinks around town with tons of kids and adults playing the sport. Not having the team won't change that a bit. The ownership never built on the core of fans they started with. Year by year they drove folks away, and this is the result. Be thankful for what you have up there.
