Re: “Sorry, President Trump, But Your Raleigh Supporters’ Rally Was Definitely Not the Biggest of Them All

Clearly Grayson Haver Currin used fraud to take a Trump supporter's donation.

This is illegal and should be investigated. Currin knowingly took money from a Trump supporter after deliberately causing that Trump supporter to think his donation was going to an effort that Trump supporter believed in.

That's the very definition of fraud.

Currin could have given the money back and explained what he was doing, but chose not to do so, and pocketed the money himself.

That's the very definition of theft, too.

If I went to a pro-abortion rally or some Democrat campaign event and portrayed myself as someone working on behalf of that issue or that organization and took donations from people I misled then I would be guilty of fraud and deserve prosecution.

It is very telling that when a former Indy editor and liberal does it, the Indy Week proudly publishes and applauds it. Sounds like they think it's okay to victimize people so long as the people you take advantage of are Trump supporters.

And they wonder why the country is so divided.

I'll be contacting the Wake County D.A. on this issue.
