Thanks for the great article! It's good to see how these wars affect us. We may or may not have kids in the fight, but we all pay taxes. It's not about defense. It's about a narrative that says we have to "win", even though we don't know what that looks like. It's about industries that profit from wars and politicians that play on people's fear for political advantage.
