4th annual event. — 3-6 pm: Free family festivities, including face & maraca painting; kite, pinata & jewelry making; & the breaking of the pinatas, at Halle Cultural Arts Center, 237 N Salem St. — 6-10 pm: Latino Culinary Festival, $3 per person, with authentic foods from 12 countries, dancers from Grupo de Danzas Venezolanas, & music by El Viento Canta & DJ Musicman, at the Historic Train Depot Lot, 220 N Salem St (rain location: Apex Community Center).
