Re: “Raleigh Bar and Rock Club Kings Is Being Sued for Using the Term "Barcade"

I, for one, am tired of miscreants like Paul, Cheetie, Ben, and Steve doing things like being awesome to bands, running a stellar club, an amazing restaurant, and doing charity events that people look forward to all year. I can't stand the fact that they work hard and continue to run a complex that is a linchpin in our music and food community. Most of all I think it's disgusting that they continue to use a name they've had for many years before the people who are suing them started using it. The nerve of these fools! I hope they get sued into oblivion, because lawsuits are always the answer to any problem, including ones that are completely fabricated.

Re: “Bandleader, head chef and restaurateur Cheetie Kumar rarely sees sunlight, but at least she sees results

Sounds personal, Robbie. Top notch trollin' there, bud.
Cheetie is a wonderful person, great chef, has great style, and is a kick ass guitarist. I'm envious of her skills.
The band is one of the most inventive to come out of the area in the 27 years I've lived here.

Quite simply, she (and Paul, Steve and Ben) have made The Triangle a better place. Anyone who leaves the house is the beneficiary of people like them.
What are the rest of us doing to put the place on the map?
