Aggression, Suppressive Fire, Necrocosm

When: Thu., March 19, 9 p.m. 2015
Price: $5
Canadian thrashlords Aggression should have been huge. Their nimble riffs offer searing complements to Slayer’s blitz and Voivod’s complexity. But rather than becoming the fifth leg of the Big Four, Aggression broke up only two years after releasing their 1987 debut, The Full Treatment. Apart from a brief 2005 reunion, Aggression have been dormant ever since. They have emerged again for a 10-date East Coast tour. —Bryan C. Reed
