Facilitated discussion following the informative trailer for Miracle on 42nd Street, a documentary film that depicts how several U.S. cities have re-purposed unused buildings into affordable, mixed use space for arts studios and housing. Documentary film Director Alice Elliott will talk about the artist/low income live/work projects she visited over the past five years. The facilitated discussion will capture the audience’s ideas about this type of project in Durham/Triangle area.
