We should reach out to Microsoft, the Durham Transportation & Planning Dept, IBM, Nashville company called BKON and some Duke/NC State professors about doing a large-scaled pilot in Durham of their prototyped ecosystem: "the device is designed to pull data from actual physical beacons on streetlights, stores, moving buses, or other objects.
